Quality Supply Chain Engineer

Quality Supply Chain Engineer m/w


  • Definition and support of the Procurement and Supply Chain department by establishing of procedures, instructions, guidelines, templates and tracking lists.

  • Focal point for external partners and suppliers for Quality matters

  • Support incoming goods inspections.

  • Monitoring of the Procurement processes

  • Support the Supply Chain Department in suppliers’ selection, their approval, as well as their monitoring, improvement of their processes and rating.

  • Coordination of improvements at suppliers’ products and process level

  • Auditing (internal and at suppliers)

  • Support of suppliers and engineering in drafting Quality Assurance Plans

  • Support by QTR / FAI / ATR

  • Follow up and coordination of corrective and preventive measures at product and process level by the suppliers and partners (suppliers improvement programs)

  • Internal coordination for authority’s audit preparation

  • Support the“Quality Assurance” & “Quality Manufacturing” department


  • Master Degree in Aeronautical engineering preferred, alternatively similar degree or experience in the aeronautical industry

  • Working experience in the aeronautical industry for Quality Management (min. 2 years)

  • Good knowledge of the German & English language

  • Structured, independent and solution oriented way of working

  • International mind-set, experienced in liaison/control of third parties

  • Good communication skills and team worker, with an analytical mind-set

  • Good knowledge of all MS-Office software

  • Flexible worker, prepared to support and act in other functions across the organisation

  • Training in Quality-Management (QMF/QMB TÜV, ISO 9001 or EN 9100) is preferred

  • Experience with EASA Part 21 und DOA/POA Processes will be an advantage

  • Experience with SAP ERP System (QM-Module) will be an advantage
